Clean and tidy room and facility. Staff was great. Only issue was when arriving there the worker checking us in put us upstairs and not in a handicap accessible room which I had booked. I went back inside as my fiance is the one who checked us in. I went in and said no that's not what I booked and when I came outside n got my phone and went back in he had fixed it. Said it was a glitch in his system. I think it's cuz they was doing touch up paint jobs and wanted to paint that room. But I'm handicap and that is the room I always get us into when we go to Farmington. Was happy it got fixed.

The spa was not working for a short period of time, <24hrs. It was fixed so quickly! The breakfast was fantastic! The eggs were real!! That was definitely a huge plus! I am not a fan of sous vie eggs, and I didn't eat the eggs the first day as they were scrambled, so i thought they were cooked by sous vie. But the second day, the eggs were fried or poached, so we could tell they were real. The staff was also very pleasant and interactive.

Gena our housekeeper was amazing .... I left a little note asking for a couple extra towels that morning and the next 2 I had extra. Our room was super clean and even smelled clean. I just wanna say thank you for that!!

Enjoyed breakfast! Hotel was clean and very quiet, which was very enjoyable after a long trip.and the employees were friendly fast and efficient. Fast food & stores were all in walking distance A definite plus

The breakfast on our day was bad. They had no waffle machine or pancake mix, and the burritos were very tasteful and dry. The only thing about breakfast was the muffins they were good.
